The Teaching and Research Center for Applied Journalism with Chinese Characteristics at the Cheung Kong School of Journalism and Communication, Shantou University,is a College-level research platform established in 2024. It is dedicated to exploringtheories of applied journalism with Chinese characteristics and promoting research
on journalism practice and teaching suited to China's national conditions.
