STU J-School’s Nepal reporting team will give a presentation entitled Nepal: After the Earthquake, about our journey to Nepal in June, on Thursday, October 29th in the Library Theater from 7 – 9 p.m. Student presentations, photos, and videos will not only focus on the earthquake’s aftermath, but other important Nepal stories — from the large drop-off in tourism in places unaffected by the quake, to more recent news, such as the adoption of a new Nepalese constitution. Long-time J-School friend and Nepalese journalist Binod Bhattarai will be in attendance for the event.
